My officemates and I loved the place. It could have been a perfect space for us. Coffee was good, we loved the furniture and the facilities. Good location, too. However, customer service was REALLY bad. At the start, there were red flags already. The account manager we were supposed to meet was an hour late. Other times that we needed to meet again, she was always nowhere to be found in the office and difficult to contact. Our contract was supposed to be 3 months (iirc, it was a bad experience I wanted to forget, lol). We had been promised a meeting room turned private office then we got kicked out from there and got transferred into a shared private office. They told us that it was temporary and that they were working to transfer us to our own private office. We got kicked out again and was basically office-less for how many weeks. When we followed up on the status of our assigned private office, they could never give us a straight answer and vaguely said it was still being arranged. We decided to terminate our contract because we were only wasting time and effort rightfully demanding what was promised to us.
